Staff: The staff was very kind and attentive. Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean. Food: The food was great for being at the airport.. Parking: plenty of parking. Star rating: 5 because of the price and the usefulness of the products. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. I travel frequently and had a great experience here. The staff members were so accommodating and kind that they really made my day. The restaurant itself was clean and my salad was fresh. Absolutely no complaints!

It was a relief to get my favourite food abroad. I have been a regular to Chili’s Grill and bar in India at different outlets but it was my first time in the US Chili’s. I would say the portion was very good and the staff were really friendly and very polite.

How on earth are these guys rated so low??? I had a two hour layover and they provided not just wonderful service, but created a mini, temporary community, welcoming each traveler with a warm smile and a cold drink. I didn’t eat any food but what I saw my new bff’s eating smelled and looked amazing! The staff joked around like family, making my layover feel much less lonely. I met people traveling from Washington, Florida, and Wisconsin to name a few. I am on my first business trip with a new company and this stop in my travels added a much needed warmth to my first trip! Kudos to Marcus for creating an unforgettable experience in such a short amount of time! Give that man a raise!!!

As close as it gets to a Michelin star restaurant experience at Chicago O’Hare. The triple dipper left me speechless. If Alain Ducasse and Guy Fieri had a spiritual child and raised it inside an American airport, it would be this Chili’s.

I had a tasty meal here, and the service was quick and friendly. Portion sizes are still large compared to other similar concepts. Ample seating available. A good place to eat and relax before a flight

Our server was very fast and courteous. Our food arrived within minutes of ordering it. The chicken enchilada soup was very good. Unfortunately, I had asked for a salad and was told they were out of all salads for at least 30 minutes. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich which he said was so-so.
